Digital Marketing Specialist
Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: In-site Amman, Jordan
Starts: Within a Couple of Weeks
Status: Full-Time
The upscale agency requires a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the team on the creation, implementation, and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive revenue and achieve results.
Digital Marketing Specialist REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or similar.
- SEO, Google Analytics, and Marketing Certifications are required.
- 1-2 years of digital marketing and inbound marketing experience.
- 1+ years of consistent use of Google Ads and Google Analytics for marketing campaigns and strategies required.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the subject matter expert in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Social Media Advertising.
- Initiate Inbound Marketing campaigns that accelerate awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
- Implement campaigns across a variety of digital channels including Website, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email.
- Manage social media campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Identify key SEO/SEM KPIs and monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs against performance metrics.
- Provide advanced analysis and reporting on existing and future SEO and paid search campaigns
- Discover competitive gaps, and provide improvement recommendations
- Provide recommendations for SEO on-page elements, content/inbound strategy, and technical fixes
- Drive paid & organic search channels testing roadmap, monitoring channel performance metrics, and utilizing data to optimize and accelerate channel growth
- Align Organic and Paid Search strategies to maximize Search Engine coverage and efficiency
- Partner with other marketing teams to align and improve over-arching digital strategy
- Collaborate with web developers and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
