Sales Manager 2

Manage, Plan and Control all Sales Operations within the Showroom, Fleet/Corporate & Government Sales Channels.

Conduct Market Research and Analysis for both Sales and After Sales if necessary.

To analyze market potential in sales territory; to monitor the achievement of sales volume targets.

To analyze performance gap on sales, recommend action plan to Bajaj Brand Manager.

Maintain and Develop positive relationships with all customers and business partners to help achieve / maximize revenue and development of targets.

To set up and systematically maintain the customer file and potential customer file, as well as to input current customer data and other data collected from various sources.

Assist with the development and implementation of the overall Sales Strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.

Support the overall Sales Objectives of the Company, this is achieved by identifying new segments and customers and by developing the existing.

Ensure highest Level of Customer Satisfaction through willful proper assistance to all Customers to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Provide engineering solutions for the product range to customers. This is achieved by focusing on making contacts, building relationships, identifying and understanding the customers’ requirements, and accurately interpreting them to find the optimum solution.

Take responsibility for the implementation of Department’s policy, strategies and activities

Requirements✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent technical area of study.

✓ 5-7 years of sales experience in automotive industry.

Good automotive industry knowledge (motorcycles, spare parts, services)

Strong analytical skills, resilience, assertiveness, and systematic, Good Negotiator.

Good communication skills (bi-lingual English and Arabic).

Flexible, confident, success oriented, customer oriented and diligent with good attention to detail and proactive skills.

He/she has passion and interest in motorcycle driving.
