Procurement Administrator

Summary of the Role:

As a Procurement Administrator, you will be in charge of organizing the orders and deliveries of all non-coffee materials for our site.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Provide timely and correct supplies of all packaging materials to the production organization, based on upcoming production plan;

• Management and execution of the purchase transactions via SAP by managing requisitions, purchase orders (PO) and change orders;

• Follow-up purchase process, from request to validation to first delivery to validation of invoices;

• Full-cycle management of the range of secondary products, including purchase, search for suitable suppliers, stock management, management of product list to share with sales;

• Provide general administrative support (e.g. master-data creation and maintenance of purchased products, invoices check-up, keeping specifications of purchased products up-to-date, …);

• Responsibility in the area of safety, quality, food defense and food safety

Compliance with agreements made and functioning in accordance with existing procedures, guidelines and standards is an integral part of this function.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or any related field

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement or any relevant field

• Previous experience in administration

Skills:

• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office

• Able to set priorities, including good planning skills and an eye of detail

• High level of adaptability and can take in charge several assignments

• Good communication skills

Languages:

Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
