مطلوب مساعد إداري ومالي لدى Voltalia  في عمان ، الأردن

Administrative and Finance Assistant

Our Finance and Administrative team are looking for an Administrative & Finance Assistant for Voltalia Jordan’s office in Amman, which will have the following responsibilities :

Accounting support :

– Supplier and client invoices booking (account payable / receivables);

– Prepare all documents for accounting, highlighting the proper details for bookkeeping;

– Ensure the correct workflow regarding requisitions / approvals and receptions, following group management matrix;

– Payment validation (according to the approval matrix);

– Provide administrative support in documentation of accounting processes and all other accounting documentation ;

– Support to book and control companies flows, checking on a monthly basis;

– Participate to monthly account closing;

– Support to perform monthly bank reconciliation;

– Support to ensure correct tax declaration: VAT, Income Tax, local tax;

– Support to prepare monthly P&L reporting for the geography;

– Support HR management on the administrative field and other punctual demands from HR headquarters

– Support administrative aspects of on-boarding new employees, in conjunction with relevant HR and IT support services;

Office & Administrative Support

– General reception duties including but not limited to incoming mail / phones, greeting visitors / courier services, office-related shipping support;

– Booking hotel/travel

– Purchase and maintain office supplies inventory and any equipment, as may be required;

– Ensure office maintenance and implement / maintain administrative procedures and systems;

– Serve as the office representative in any facilities administration matters;

– Support administrative aspects of on-boarding new employees, in conjunction with relevant HR and IT support services;

– Support HR management on the administrative field and other punctual demands from HR headquarters

– Support administrative aspects of on-boarding new employees, in conjunction with relevant HR and IT support services;

– Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events;

Assist the local team in the elaboration and translation of communications and letters with/from local counterparties.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role;
  • Strong knowledge on Local TAX specially on what is related to Renewable sector.
  • Knowledge on customs duty process to support all the process from beginning to end.
  • Prior experience of working in a multinational company and/or a public institution is a plus;
  • Knowledge and experience in administrative, financial accounting and full range of office support work, with a high level of sustained performance;
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory

  • Strong written and verbal skills, as well as effective communication;
  • Ability to work in an autonomous and ethical environment
  • Excellent skills in MS Office programs, and able to learn new, internal software;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize time and multiple tasks efficiently, especially when operating under pressure or deadlines;
  • Willing to receive and accept feedback, as well as giving constructive criticism to peers
