Al Watanieh for Fuels (GO) – Mobil Authorized Distributor – seeks to hire experienced:
Administrative Assistant
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up department administrative works and liaison with other departments.
Provide logistics and administrative support for department team members.
Handle requirements and inquiries of department team members with department Manager.
Participate in procurement process and follow up the offers and orders workflow.
Prepare periodic reports and follow up the required issues.
Arrange and coordinate department meetings and agenda.
Perform typical department administrative and managerial works
Any related tasks will be required by department manager.
Main Qualifications:
Diploma degree in business administration or any related field as a minimum.
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative works.
Able to communicate very at all levels.
Able to write business letters efficiently (Business Correspondence).
Able to prepare reports accurately.
Very good in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Very good English command (reading, Written & Speaking).
