Assistant Registrar for Academic Operations
Responsible for operations of the office having to do with the academic record and for coordinating across other functional areas where they impact the academic record. Responsible for the annual production of the catalogue and the accuracy of the updated information contained therein. Responsible for student academic standing (probation). Serves as the reference for the faculties and students affairs for student records and statuses.
- Master’s degree. Ph.D. is a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in managerial and supervisory positions, preferably in an academic institution.
- Knowledge of Banner System.
- Intermediate to Advanced experience with MS Office Suite
- Analytical skills, including the ability to query databases, join tables, and analyze results
- Excellent communication skills
