Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you shall carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts in your respective zones. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction regarding the products and services provided.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
  • Communicate with Clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meeting, and indirect methods such as networking, social selling to clients within the assigned territory
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Actively identify and cultivate leads
  • Develop a good understanding of the client’s needs
  • Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy potential client needs
  • Develop the relationship with clients to ensure the business is grown and retained
  • Build a strong sales pipeline
  • Ensure all opportunities are recorded in CRM
  • Gather market data
  • Prepare sales activities reports
  • Ability to work in the field
  • Ability to work in the evening shift time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in marketing, sales, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
  • Good knowledge of the local property.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • A thorough understanding of the sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to winning
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to interact with potential clients
  • Professional and presentable
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Own a Car
  • Possess a valid driver license.
