Admin Coordinator (Bahrain)

About The Role

  • Emails / telephonic communication
  • Daily coordination between service team and stores.
  • Setting the daily schedules with calling the customers in a professional way.
  • Maintaining daily log for Service/ Delivery calls to keep all stake holders updated.
  • Maintaining spare parts tracker / ordering process from Dubai.
  • Keeping the customers informed on repair status/spare parts order status/ ETA on parts etc.
  • Daily Reporting MS excel knowledge required
  • Strong communication skills

Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage

About The Requirements

  • Advance excel knowledge
  • Customer service oriented
  • Diploma or any relevant experience
