Bachelor degree in business, HR, or any related fields.
1– 3 years of experience.
Experience in all HR functionality :
(Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management, Career Path, Payroll , Planning , and HR Policies & Procedures).
Experience in using Volt System is a plus.
Experience in labor Law is a plus.
