Alcon’s VitRet Manager Main Responsibilites Are As Follow
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions for retina and posterior segment portfolio.
- Developing and delivering brand awareness and positioning of VitRet portfolio by customer training, and conducting product demonstrations according to market opportunities.
- Identifying and contacting prospective customers (ophtalmologists) and develop new advocates for surgical portfolio.
- Enhance skills and competencies with proper tracking for elevating surgeon’s skills by using our latest technology on the OR.
- VitRet manager will be responsible for implementing the regional marketing strategy aligning with the key priorities and potential segments identified by brand managers.
- VitRet manager will be responsible for central and eastern region to achieve the assigned KPIs by working closely with our main distributors and suppliers to ensure the best service provided by Alcon for ophtalmology field.
Profile
Years of experience : minimum 3 years of experience.
Education : Bioengineering or medical field related background.
Location : Riyadh
Languages : Arabic and english.
