Corporate Senior Manager Master Data

Responsibilities

Implementation of Master Data:

• Set up and implement a Global Master Data Governance concept and coordinate the Data Governance Roadmap
• Establish, grow and maintain the new Master Data Team
• Train team members, share best practices & work closely with external development partners, external resources, and/or technical suppliers
• Execution of data analysis, cleansing and preparation for ERP rollouts:
• Conceptual design and realization of system integrations in the master data flow
• end-to-end process design from supplier to customer
• Develop master data tool/portal/interface in conjunction with IT

Business partnering:

• Evaluates together with the relevant functions software and tool procurements for optimal data management
• Conceptual support of internal data migration projects
• Responsible as project manager and hub for data projects and implementations of new processes and requirements from the structure of the company and the legislator
• Responsibility for developing the business data strategy and its alignment with the business strategy, standards and guidelines of the organization

Key Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, data science, computer science, mathematics, business information technology or business administration
• You have experience in a similar position or function, data management and data analytics tools
• You have established from scratch or been a key member of a master data project through to implementation and management
• You are interested in the continuous improvement of processes, IT tools and innovative solutions
• You are interested in being a reliable team member in a multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional capacity
• You are proactive, take the initiative, detail orientated and fixated on accuracy/standardization
• Fluent in English a must (spoken and written), other language(s) a plus
• Travel approx. 10-20%
