Operation Manager:

Responsibilities:

Structure and overall processes at the company.

Planning and reviewing logistics, HR, and overall services.

Develop, monitor and implement a contingency plan.

Execution of jobs/tasks (anything from creating policies to making sure HR are paying people on time)

Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.

Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

Requirements:

2 years experiences in operation.

Strong communication skills and analytical thinking.

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

Have the ability and capability to build and lead a team.
