Program Delivery Manager

Job Description

 

Program Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering successful outcomes for key projects via effective project management, The projects managed by this role will be significant in scale and business impact. In addition, There will be requirements to manage a number of projects concurrently (more than one project at the same time).

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define projects governance framework.
  • Strong working knowledge and ability to manage multiple work(concurrent streams and projects).
  • Proactively monitoring projects overall progress including budget, risk, resources and change management.
  • Manage the completion of all key project documentation.
  • Raise risks, issues, changes to PMO manager.
  • Ensure that the delivery of projects “deliverables” products or services meet projects requirements and quality.
  • Manage stakeholders communications and expectations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting “project status”.
  • Lead clear communication of technical & business requirements
  • Manage own time and workload to ensure deadlines and internal standards are met in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in managing projects.
  • BSC degree in IT or business related fields.
  • PMP Certificate

Agile Coach

Job Description

Agile Coach helps teams and individuals adopt Agile practices and methods in their work. The goal of an Agile coach is to make a team more efficient, transparent and cohesive, and to enable better outcomes, solutions and products/services.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Help the bank with Agile community of practices and governance.
  • Provide Agile coaching and mentoring to the scrum masters, delivery teams, Procut owners.
  • Coach Product Owners understanding their roles in Agile environment.
  • Manage any decencies across scrum teams.
  • Observe Agile rituals / ceremonies (daily standup meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning.
  • Provide Agile metrics (burn up-down charts, cumulative flow and others) to help maintain quality, cost, and time under control.
  • Facilitate Agile workshops and use of other Agile practices.
  • Empower delivery teams.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in Agile projects / environments.
  • BSC degree in IT related fields.
  • PMI-ACP / Scrum Master Certificates.
