Our position where we invite you to join us: Online Sales Specialist

If you say that you have a strong analytical side and make target and solution-oriented work a priority, and if you keep your curiosity alive with new information every day, you should take a look at the details of the advertisement!

So, what responsibilities does the Online Sales Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

  • Being accountable of lead-2-rental rate, revenue and rental days as individual targets.
  • Reporting of relevant KPI’s to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive a digital sales strategy with revenue management team to increase leads, conversion rates, revenue and rental days.
  • Manage online sales offers (as of now, all time %30) such as occasional campaigns, off-seasonal advantages, weekend-weekday campaigns and more!
  • Work with Dijital Marketing team to communicate value propositions (speacial offer, quality of service, being the leader brand in rent-a-car sector, ease of use, etc) of digital buying reasons to customer base.
  • In depth analysis of online sales funnel ; beginning from MQL – SQL – Reservation – Rental (win or lose) and take actions in order to increase conversion rates in the funnel.
  • Coordinate/validate new online sales platform features deployment

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Bachelor of relevant degree and/or Master degree from a reputable university
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Sales preferably in automotive
  • English fluency is a must
  • Strong prospecting, selling, monitoring, negotiation, closing and reporting skills
  • In-depth knowledge & experience about lead generation, digital sales
  • Highly analytical and data-oriented with the ability to draw insights from data
  • Result oriented, self-drive, proactive attitude
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills
