Technical Account Manager

Payten is looking for Technical Account Manager who will be an integral part of the Operations team and will be responsible to provide high level customer service

About Your Role :
Act as the single point of technical contact for assigned accounts
Manage and troubleshoot escalated technical problems, interfacing with Product Development, Product Management, Operations and Technology Teams
Provide VPOS-eCommerce consultative guidance and best practice knowledge to clients
Educate clients on how enhancements of Paratika services will benefit their business
Create, edit, and distribute client notifications and communications
Participate in requirements, design, and roll out of new products and services
Be a representative of client support to other departments in Payten, building a strong brand and teamwork presence in the business

Participate in release planning of the product
Help manage internal and external product requests from customers and internal components.
Improving metrics / goals and preparing weekly / monthly progress reports according to KPI’S
Identify and evaluate new opportunities based on customer search, industry trends, best practices and new regulations
10+ years of prior experience in a Technical Account Management, Account Management, Product Management, Project Management or similar role in a Payment Facilitator company is a must
Experience on Credit Card Payments & Processing and/or VPOS, e-commerce, understanding of PCI compliant environments
Deep knowledge on Law 6493
Ability to travel 10-25% as needed
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), customer service, and conflict resolution skills
Advanced level English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
