Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Understand and convert business requirements to automated processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices to support automation.
Understanding of Workflow – logic.
Create Requirements definition document – Process based.
Implement RPAs processes end-to-end.
Ability to support deployment/production robots outside working hours, as required.
Present technical details to business users.
Take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automation and troubleshoot as needed.
Collaborate with internal IT team to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in CS/CIS/Software engineering or any related field.
2+ years of experience in programming domains like VB script, HTML, CS, Java, JS, and .Net.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
Hands-on working experience with the UiPath RPA tool.
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes required.
UiPath certification is a plus.
