Specialist Omnichannel
Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
- Drive brand excellence to improve sell through at point of sale by implementing the best and most attractive brand and product presentation/execution in order to win the consumer. Enhance brand image via excellence at POS across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- To implement a ‘Brand communication deployment schedule’ in controlled retail space.
- Manage Market Marketing Activations (in-store) ensuring proper communication with DTC for maximum return on investment.
- Drive that key communicated articles (GFR) are reflected in Retail OTBs and Sales pre-orders (strong communication during order in-take), while managing the timely delivery of the communicated articles along with in store material including Retail Training.
- Evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, ensuring MWB is maximized and campaigns positively impact Sales.
- Share post-campaign evaluation results to ensure learning’s are considered in the development of future marketing campaigns and evaluate KPIs.
- To follow-up the availability of campaign material with lead market to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Make sure all relevant communications are shared across DTC in due time.
- Own and drive the implementation and production of Marketing Campaigns, Promotions and In-Store Communication tools.
- Work closely with market Field team to ensure Marketing content is flawlessly executed across the board.
- Comp Growth at Retail.
- Identify opportunities for activations that will lead to an increase in sales and create hype around the brand.
- Proactively suggest and implement improvement at POS.
- Drive the implementation and planning of POS material / in-store of all new stores, renovations/ upgraded of existing stores, to ensure 100% readiness at planned retail intro.
- Day to Day management and liaison between Omni channel Marketing and DTC Ops.
- Ensure on-budget activity and management of all documents related as per internal audit policies
- Be aware of the supplier’s management changes.
- Responsible for the timely receipt and control of supplier invoices and liaising same with finance.
- Responsible for managing the warehousing of POS materials in various warehouses (suppliers or our own warehouse)
- Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and apply discretion to all files, materials and communications.
- Accountable for the delivery of Global guidelines across all formats at Market level
- Accountable for consistency across the given markets
- Accountable for providing direction on the latest Global direction at retail & franchisee
- Accountable for the VM&ISC training & engagement across market
- Accountable for effective cascade engagement tools for given markets & subsequent compliance sign offs
- Ensure the Field team feedback is incorporated into business strategies
- Reporting of all campaigns and tasks.
Key Relationships
- Local: Mgr. Trade Marketing DTC LENA and Omni Channel Director LENA, DTC Sales team, Local VM team, SCM, Suppliers, DTC Ops.

- Brand image and awareness.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus.
- Functional: > 3-4 years marketing
- Industry: consumer driven, ideally apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
- Leadership: none
- Exposure: advertising / marketing
Language Skills
- English: Advanced
- Arabic: Advanced
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Experience in trade or sales and marketing, Sport or fashion industry
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Detail oriented, organized and dynamic
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills a plus
