Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY – Administrator Database
Reporting to the CSU-ORA Team Leader, the Orbit Administrator-1 will support the Project Commissioning efforts in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Reports to CSU-ORA Team Leader
- Reviews Systems and Subsystems list
- Coordinates with discipline Commissioning engineers in assigning tags and ITRs to respective Subsystems
- Populate engineering tags and assign tags into Orbit database
- Issue A ITRs & B ITRs to field for filling and signing up
- Update Orbit with completed A / B ITRs
- Populate open Punch List items into Orbit
- Update Orbit with closed Punch List items
- Issue progress and status reports to Exterran management and other stakeholders
- Follow-up with field in getting the Punch List items cleared.
- Compile System Handover Dossiers
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Strong technical writing skills and data analysis skills
- Excellent impersonal skills; especially with managing field operations communications
- Able to multi-task different projects / assignments
- Good problem solving skills
- Computer skills, specifically regarding Microsoft Excel, Word
QUALIFICATIONS – EXPERIENCE – SKILLS
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in managing Commissioning Databases
