Virtual Assistant

Legacy Group International and its subsidiaries (Legacy Live Web, Legacy Pioneers Coaching and Integrated Business Intelligence System [iBIS]) have had a year of significant expansion.
We are now in the process of creating new SOPs, improving systems, and managing new networks of stakeholders. To facilitate this we are looking to expand our team with a dynamic virtual assistant who learns quickly, takes initiative and demonstrates impeccable language skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• South African citizen
• MS Excel proficiency
• Business English proficiency
• Ability to assimilate and synthesise reports and documentation
• Ability to explain complicated processes simply and systematically
• Good team player with strong leadership skills
FUTURE PROSPECTS
After 6 months of per/hour work, if you are a good fit for the team and have demonstrated excellent character and output efficiency we will offer you a full time contract with the portfolio that best suits your capabilities: Systems Engineer, Customer Service Champion or Customer Journey Manager (R15-40k per month).
VA STARTING REMUNERATION
R200 per hour + licensing for any required software
