STAKEHOLDER ENGINEER
Working Hours:- 48
Working Location:- Central Doha, nr Immigration Roundabout
Duration of the requirement:- 7 months – 1 years
Site Timings:- 8am to 4pm
3.2.9.2. Stakeholder Engineer
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering from an accredited University with Professional
Qualifications from a recognized International Institution and with a professional career
development records all as approved by the Engineer.
- Chartered Engineer in the United Kingdom or any other recognized Professional
Institution, all to the approval of the Engineer is highly desirable.
- Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years demonstrable experience in design management capacity of similar works with stakeholders,
government
agencies, organization, department on large infrastructure construction projects etc;
- It is an essential requirement to have previous experience in designing and reviewing
similar open cut and micro tunneling, sewerage, surface & ground water networks

- Must be able to Manage and review multi engineering disciplines project inputs
critically access the application of design criteria, check plans and specifications for
accuracy of design and completeness.
- Lead external and internal coordination pertinent to sewerage, surface & ground water
construction.
- Review, comment / recommend acceptance or otherwise of related contractors’/ and
their consultant submissions.
- Laise with utilities providers and other internal and external stakeholders with full
understanding of their needs and regulations.
- Performance of actual design duties and other related duties when directed.
- Coordination, monitoring and follow up between external and internal stake holders
to obtain the necessary clearances for the projects close out such as :-
- General Serve Department Store Clearance.
- Drainage Operation & Maintenance Department Take Over of completed works
and Clearances.
- Municipalities Clearances
- Engineering Business Department – Document Control Unit Clearances
- Road Maintenance Department Clearances.
- Any other clearances required for the projects.
- General
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written
technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills;
