A leading Engineering and Environmental Consulting firm is seeking for a building design Manager as the following details:Â

Scope of Work:

Provide leadership, coordination, technical directions, plans, solutions to design problems, guidance, and coaching to the design team and complete a regular performance review of the design team’s performance and achievements.Â
Ensure that engineering strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively.
The building manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything is running smoothly.

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.Â
Total years of Experience + 12 with a minimum of 4 years of Managerial experience.
Registered in JEA as a head of specialty Architectural Engineer- Design.
