Social Media Marketing Assistant – REMOTE
WE ARE HIRING! Seeking ambitious marketing professionals… we are a small, highly-tech-leveraged and fully-remote healthcare recruitment agency looking to bring on our first marketing hire! You’ll work directly with our Head of Recruitment and CEO, managing our company socials and sourcing candidates using video marketing.
This is not your typical marketing role — the role will be split between sourcing as well has posting on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). We do a lot of personalized video messaging — so the ideal person for this job should be comfortable in front of the camera!

Candidate reqs:
- Experience in digital marketing and social media content, particularly LinkedIn
- Excellent written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Motivated professional with organizational skills
- Fluent / Native-level English speaker
- Must be willing to work US hours (We’re PST, but EST is fine too)
- Must have working laptop with camera and microphone and a sufficient work-station
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection for voice calling and video-conferencing

Job reqs:
- Record and post personalized videos to attract candidates
- Create content and post daily on personal and company social medias (LinkedIn primarily) to build brand and attract candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, selection criteria, and job details
- Review applications and identify qualified candidates
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Salary:
Competitive commission structure
R14,000 – R28,000 per month
